Monday, May 28           5 p.m. Welcome picnic at Peterson Dumesnil House, 301 Peterson Ave.

Tuesday, May 29            First day of work.

                                    6:30 pm Dorm orientation for students at Bellarmine U. (mandatory). Pizza served

Wednesday, May 30      Waterfront Wednesday, downtown beginning at 5:30 pm FREE.

Friday, June 1                5:30 p.m. City Scavenger Hunt – dinner provided. Meet in dorm lobby with cameras

                                    First Friday Trolley Hop, appetizers at 8 pm Location TBA

Saturday, June 2            Canoe trip on Elkhorn Creek - $15

Sunday, June 3             6 p.m. Mentor Picnic at Willow Park. 5 pm dance lesson at park.                                                 

Tuesday, June 5            Noon-1:30 Intern to Earn Summer Kick-Off Luncheon , Muhammad Ali Center, 144 N. 6th St..

                                    6:30 - Pecha Kucha Night Louisville event at Bernheim Forest. Mandatory.

June 7-10                       Louisville Flyover Film Festival

                                    Greek Festival, 5th and Main, Belvedere. Fri. & Sat. 11am–10pm; Sun. Noon–8pm. Small admission fee.

Saturday, June 9            9 am Farmer’s Market

Sunday, June 10            7 p.m. Music in Willow Park. Informal (all welcome).

Wednesday, June 13      5:30 p.m. Reception at American Printing for the Blind, 1839 Frankfort Ave. 

                                    Presentation by Ballard Morton Yale ’54 (mandatory for students; all welcome) Business attire
